Want the latest patch notes?

Remember, all of the latest patch notes can be found on the forum. There's currently too many updates to consistently alter the front page. Here's only a few of the updates over the months:

- Mana will now also be checked at the end of a cast.

- Spells will once again follow their set duration.

- Damage over time spells will synchronize better.

- Mobs will once again frequently face you in combat.

- Made additional improvements to client/server vitals synchronization.

- You no longer gain resistances based on class and race.

- Avoidance, mitigation, hit chance, etc. have all been recoded to allow for smoother progression.

- Players and NPCs can dodge regardless of the angle of attack. Riposte, block and parry still require you to face your foe.

- Applied mackal's change to allow pet HoTT.

- Raid mobs no longer riposte under certain conditions.

- Pets will no longer appear to continue running when they're set to guard.

- You must now wait one minute before you're able to summon another pet.

- You'll now receive a message with a timer telling you how long until you can summon a pet.

- Experience is now set on a per mob basis.

Patch Notes

- Dropped copper will now automatically convert to the appropriate currency.

- Invisibility spells should now affect only the appropriate body types.

- Receiving melee damage or being hit by a detrimental spell removes invisibility.

- Beginning to cast a spell will now remove invisibility.

- Applied Akkadius's changes for increased speed in spawning mobs.

- Beastlord pet appearances have been updated to newer models.

- Monk damage and delay arrays have been altered.

- Iksar and human monks now return the same value on delay.

- Pet critical hit code has been cleaned up and can now benefit from additional sources.

- Implemented a new spell effect: Pet Shield. This effect will link the owner to his pet, effectively sharing damage. Currently, it's being used as a Beastlord spell, but that doesn't mean future additions won't allow other classes to benefit from pet shielding.

- Implemented a new spell formula for "Curse" spells (necromancer). This spell formula will function as an advanced splurt. The spell line is highly mana efficient and extremely potent towards the end of it's duration.

- Pets can now actually benefit from "PetFlurry" spells cast on them as opposed to solely the owner.
